Organizer, Fundraiser, and Coach

I am an organizer, fundraiser, and coach with nearly two decades of experience in nonprofit movement institutions, from phone banker to executive leader. My perspective is shaped by my analysis of race, class, and gender; and by a commitment to building institutions that engage in principled struggle for liberation both within the nonprofit sector and outside it. My practice draws deeply from my experiences as a Co-Executive Director, Interim Executive, Development Director, Grant Writer, and community organizer.

I have engaged in a wide range of ongoing education and experiential learning that informs my perspective. I hold Master’s Degrees in Nonprofit Leadership and Environmental Policy from the University of Pennsylvania. I am a certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and the Blooming Willow Healing-Centered Coaching program, and am a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CRFE). I also have a Certificate in Professional fundraising from Boston University. I am in the 2026 Fall Cohort of the Interim Executives Academy.

Other trainings that inform my practice are Facilitative Leadership for Social Change with the Interactive Institute for Social Change, the Advanced Facilitation Intensive with the anti-oppressive resource training alliance (AORTA), and Foundations in Somatic Abolitionism with Resmaa Menakem, among others.

I reside on the unceded land of the Tongva, Tataviam, Serrano, Kizh, and Chumash Peoples in Southern California. In my spare time, I enjoy crafting, watching anime, reading horror, and spending time with my partner and our two cats, Junji and Miura.
