Interim Support & Change Management
Change is inevitable and often difficult, and how we navigate it can create lasting impact. Nonprofits in general – and especially smaller community-based institutions – tend to face challenges in capacity to manage the many transitions that they experience, from leadership changes, to strategic pivots, to organizational restructures. I have experience and training in working inside institutions experiencing growth, change, and uncertainty with confidence and clarity.
I work with nonprofits and community groups to co-hold the process of change and co-create pathways forward that support inclusivity, sound management, and values-aligned processes. Understanding your organization’s history, culture, people, and purpose is essential to understanding what is required to build trust and face change together, and I support teams to identify how they can strengthen internal systems and move through change in a way that honors both the organization’s north star and the people doing the work.
In most cases, I offer partnerships working with senior teams, executives, and boards to co-create systems for managing change. In some specific cases I am available to partner with nonprofits to serve as interim leadership during transitional periods.
