Coaching & Leadership Development
Great leaders do not have all the answers – they have a practice of self-reflection and a deep commitment to relational, values-aligned, and radical growth in service to solidarity and collective action.
Coaching creates that space to move from human doing to human being, encouraging us to disrupt urgency and reflect more deeply on what feels most important to us. Here we can prioritize care for self and community while also building transformational power in ourselves, our movements, and our movement institutions.
I work with individuals and small teams looking to inspire and co-create a more just world – nonprofit and movement leaders, c-suites and leadership teams, and any folks committed to more deeply embodying their values – to spark personal and collective reflection, development, and ownership of outcomes. I ground in asset-based, healing-centered, and liberation frameworks, and facilitate opportunities for people to connect their values to their leadership practice and overall growth.
Together, we might explore things like leading with greater intention and clarity, navigating complexity and hard decisions, organizational transitions, practical skill-building, organizational development, or burnout; and strengthen practices around sustainability, grounded application, and care.
