I work with purpose-driven teams and individuals – community organizations, advocacy groups, foundations, cultural and arts institutions, and coalitions – to strengthen systems, structures, and strategies toward greater values-alignment, creating the pathways to move forward with bolder inspiration, clarity, and purpose.
My Approach
My practice is rooted in the belief that the wisdom and inspiration of our racial, social, and economic justice movements must be woven together with the contextual realities of leading and operating organizations. I partner with nonprofit organizations working for justice, advancement of the arts and sciences, wealth redistribution, and other causes to bring the insights of our movements into conversation with the realities of leading and sustaining institutions. My work centers on the connection between values, vision, strategy, and stewardship—helping organizations stay grounded in purpose while building the strength to pursue it.
Movements for justice are expressed, in part, through the nonprofit sector, making it essential that these institutions remain sustainable, resilient, and strong. This means embracing the realities of people, systems, finance, governance, and organizational strategy—not as distractions from the work of justice, but as essential tools for advancing it.
In this way, effective organizational leadership becomes a practice of stewardship—ensuring that institutions are strong enough to hold the vision, values, and transformative possibilities of the movements they serve. I offer partnership with those seeking to lead with greater courage, clarity, and imagination while strengthening institutional systems.

Book a Discovery Session
Our first “Discovery Session” is a 30-minute individualized or small team session to explore goals and pathways for potential partnership. If our capacities align, we will schedule a 90-minute follow-up Discovery Session to explore strategy more deeply together and prepare the plan for actualizing the vision.
